- Introduction
Welcome to Real Estate Photography Philippines (REPP). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and users of our services.
- Services
REPP offers professional real estate photography services, including interior, exterior, and digital photo editing.
- Booking and Scheduling
– Clients are advised to book services at least several days in advance to secure a convenient time slot.
– A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent by REPP.
– If the client cannot be present during the photoshoot, arrangements must be made to provide access to the property.
- Home Preparation
– Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean and presentable before the photoshoot. A pre-shoot checklist will be provided for guidance.
5. Drone Photography
– Drone photography is included in select packages. REPP complies with all local regulations regarding drone usage.
– REPP is not responsible for any restrictions or limitations imposed by local authorities that may prevent drone operations.
6. Delivery and Turnaround
– Clients can choose to receive a link to view and select their preferred images or allow REPP to curate the selection for a quicker process.
– Delivery of images will be within 12-48 hours, depending on the client’s selection. Images and floor plans will be accessible via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
7. Photo Licenses
– The images provided are licensed for exclusive use as marketing material for the client’s property.
– Images may not be shared with other clients, realtors, agencies, or sold without prior written permission from REPP.
8. Payment
– Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
– Full payment is required before the final delivery of images unless otherwise arranged.
– REPP reserves the right to charge interest on late payments.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled photoshoot may incur a cancellation fee.
– Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
10. Liability
– While REPP takes utmost care in delivering high-quality images, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our photographs.
– Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is safe for photography. REPP is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property during the photoshoot.
11. Copyright
– All images captured by REPP remain the property of REPP. Clients receive a license to use the images for marketing their property.
– REPP reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
12. Modifications
– REPP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
13. Governing Law
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate Philippine courts.
